Os Pendellos Pulperia & Via Romana: Tapas Y Vinos Y MAS!

A fantastic day in Chantada exploring new places, making new friendships, and yes enjoying more delicious Via Romana Wine and some of the Pulpo Specialties of the house at Os Pendellos – It is a combination that makes for lots of FUN and many special memories.  A very big thank you to Roberto of Os Pendellos Pulperia for inviting us to get behind the scenes and into the COCINA with Sonia where she taught me a few new tricks in preparing the famous Galician dish of Pulpo – all delicious and definitely keep you wanting to go back for more.

Oscar Gonzalez Rizo of Via Romana Adegas e Viñedos joined in the fun where we got to “HABLAR CON AMIGOS” and learn what everyone loves of pairing some of their favorite wine with some of their favorite recipes.  Loved hearing your stories of memories that have been cherished since childhood of families and friends enjoying celebrating. One of the wonderful traditions that makes living in Galicia so very unique and special 🙂

A very special thank you to Kris Pereira for making a fantastic day to film Los Corchos – “Hablar Con Amigos” and the first “La Buena Cocina De Los Enólogos Y Cocineros” – looking forward to more fun in the COCINA y Viñas!
