It has been another fantastic weekend in Ribeira Sacra enjoying the beauty of Cabo Do Mundo Casa Rural and its incredible setting surrounded by nature.  We have explored, discovered, relaxed and enjoyed.  So what better than to celebrate a true DISFRUTING GALICIA Experience.  A fun word used by my friends and I for 3 years as my broken spanish slowly improves. In english we like to add “ing” – “ING” to words sharing the action of an experience for Walking – Talking – Tasting – Enjoying all have the “ING” – so in sharing my passion for Galicia – DISFRUTA + ENJOY or ENJOYING = DISFRUTING GALICIA:)
